Project description
Our Client has requested a specialist consultancy for pharma engineering, construction management and validation services with the EPCMV formula (Engineering, Procurement assistance, Construction Management & Validation) regarding a project for the creation of a contamination environment. subsidiary classified ISO8 for the installation of new production lines and syringe forming and needle assembly in line.
The final configuration sees the installation of 10 new production lines of which, the part inside the cleanroom, will be the only part of the line downstream from the exit from the kiln, the assembly of the needle and the palletizer, the first part of each line (tube loading, forming, in-line controls, stress relieving furnace) was installed in an industrial environment outside the cleanroom.
Palladio Consulting Srl has followed the entire life cycle of the project and thanks to the achievement of the objectives within the timeframe and with the established costs, has signed a consultancy contract with the customer which provides for support to the engineering department for the whole of 2020, and which saw the qualified staff of Palladio Consulting Srl support the Customer’s project management team for the development of new projects on the strategic site in Padua.
